    Altona Fruit and Veg Swap 10:30am to 11:30am this Saturday 11th May, followed by the Newport Fruit and Veg Swap next Sunday 19th May at 10:30am to 11:30am.  Bring a friend!


    Some ideas of what you can swap
    * bags of autumn leaves * homegrown fruit, vegies, nuts or eggs * gardening goodies (coffee grounds, shredded paper, lawn clippings, homemade mulch or compost, worm juice, worm castings) * recycled hessian sacks * something you've baked (cake, bread, biscuits) * recycled jam jars * seeds you've saved, seedlings and cuttings you've raised (edible stuff) * copies of your favorite seasonal recipes * ..

    hello ,, speaking recently to the school teacher at Mapuru (an indigenous learning center ) in arnham land northern territory ,

    linda said she would appreciate underpants sent to the school for distribution in the community .

    all types wanted .. women , men , girls boys  and young children .

     if anyone is shopping and can send me a lead where i can buy cheap ones ... let me know

    the cheapest i have brought them for in the past was 50c each ... if i could find some more like that would be awesome ..
